What is Floating Support?

A flexible model of delivering individually tailored support in the following areas:

  • Life and social skills
  • Home management
  • Money management
  • Personal and home security
  • Personal awareness and development
  • Training
  • Career and educational opportunities
  • Social Security and Benefits
  • Housing
  • Befriending

Who Can Benefit ?

  • Young people, aged between 16-35 years, who feel they could benefit from support to establish an independent lifestyle.

We can help young people:

  • With physical and/or sensory disabilities
  • Leaving the care system
  • Leaving a Phab (NI) Independent Living Centre

How much will it cost?

  • The Service is Free!
